It is inspired by partnering with a wide range of experts from future research, business schools, strategic and systemic consulting, startups and other leading organizations.
Pradeep Ramakrishnan is co-founder of mitomo.io.
He worked 20+ years as HR executive with Accenture, A.P. Møller Mærsk A/S, Olam International and Mercedes-Benz AG in India. He relocated to Germany to head up HRIT/Operations at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. Lately he became general manager Tech4People at Mercedes-Benz AG headquarters.
mitomo.io reflects his experience in working with senior executives and regional teams on business rampup and restructuring projects as well as his transition from local HR to managing global HRIT/Operations, digital HR transformation and agentic AI projects.
Yue (Luna) Wang is co-founder of mitomo.io.
She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University and Nanjing University holding a BA in German Studies and a MA in Intercultural Communication. Luna worked 10+ years as HR professional with Oxfam, University of Oxford and Mercedes-Benz Group Services GmbH Berlin. Lately she joined the Tech4People team at Mercedes-Benz AG headquarters.
